Privacy notice

This site collects almost nothing about you.

The site is a set of static pages. It has no analytics, sets no cookies and has no backend that processes what you type.

Who is responsible

[Replace: the legal entity responsible for this site, and a contact address.] For questions about this notice, contact [Replace: contact].

What the public pages collect

Nothing. The public pages run no analytics or tracking scripts, set no cookies and have no form that sends data. If you contact the team through a link on this site, your message goes through your own email or booking tool, outside this site.

What is kept in your browser

The team portal and the enablement pages ask for an access code. Once you enter it, a flag that says the pages are unlocked is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. The enablement pages also remember your light or dark theme choice in local storage. The access code itself is not stored, and none of this is sent anywhere.

The team portal has an idea form. If you fill in your name and email there, your browser remembers them in local storage to prefill the form next time. The form first tries to post your idea to this site's own web server, which has no endpoint to receive it, and then offers to send it by email instead. You can clear all of this at any time from your browser settings.

Server logs

The web server that serves these pages keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent. [Replace: where the logs are kept, who can read them and how long they are kept.]

Third parties

Pages load the Ubuntu typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. [Replace: confirm with the Data Privacy Officer whether to self-host the fonts.]

Your rights

[Replace: the rights available to visitors and how to exercise them, as approved by the Data Privacy Officer.]
